Refund & Return

We are committed to customer satisfaction and strive to resolve any issues related to our services.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued only under circumstances where the service was either not provided as agreed or cancelled according to our cancellation guidelines. Requests for refund must be made within 7 days of your scheduled moving date. Our team will process your request and, subject to verification, initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Returns:
As we provide moving services and not physical products, “returns” pertain only to payments for cancellations of services. If a scheduled move is cancelled within the allowed notice period—usually 48 hours prior to the date—the customer may be eligible for a partial or full refund. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for any refund.

Exceptions:
No refunds will be issued for services completed and signed off by the client. Refunds do not apply to any additional costs incurred due to service modifications requested by the customer during the move.

Contact our customer support team at info@usanetworkactivatenow.info with your booking details and reason for refund or cancellation. Verification of service and payment status will be required.

Policy Updates:
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately when posted on this website.
