2. Service Hours
Our services are provided during normal business hours, generally from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday to Saturday, and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Sundays, except on public holidays. Extended or emergency services may be available upon special request.
3. Quotations and Estimates
All quotations offered are valid for a limited time (typically 15 days). They are based on an initial assessment of your goods and moving requirements. Actual service charges may vary due to changes in scope or unforeseen complexities.
4. Booking and Payment
Booking confirmation requires advance payment or deposit as communicated during quote finalization. Full payment is expected before or upon completion of the service. Delays in payment may result in withholding of goods delivery.
5. Customer Obligations
The customer must ensure all goods to be moved are lawful, properly packed, and clearly inventoried. Hazardous items, perishable goods, cash, valuables such as jewelry, documents, and restricted items must be declared and handled with specific arrangements. The customer must provide clear access for loading and unloading.
6. Liability and Insurance
The company is liable for damages only when due care is proven to have been neglected during packing or transit. Insurance coverage is available at an additional cost and covers only declared items. The company is not responsible for losses due to natural disasters, unforeseen delays, or government actions.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be informed at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date to qualify for refunds on deposits. Late cancellations may attract charges as per the agreed terms. Refunds, if approved, will be processed after verification.
8. Damage and Claims
All damages must be reported immediately on delivery. Claims made beyond a reasonable time will not be entertained. The customer agrees to indemnify the company against claims arising from inaccurate declaration or improper packing by the customer.
9. Force Majeure
The company is not responsible for failure to perform due to causes beyond control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, or any other unforeseen events.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes pertaining to the services will be governed by local laws and jurisdiction will be based on the company’s registered office location.
11. Amendments
These terms and conditions may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review them periodically.
